Shipping Coverage

We currently ship nationwide within Israel.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 2–4 business days, excluding remote or exceptional areas, which may require additional delivery time according to the courier’s service coverage.

Business days are Sunday–Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and Israeli public holidays or holiday eves.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via a professional logistics and courier service.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive SMS notifications with delivery updates, including confirmation upon successful delivery.

Package Specifications

Each shipment is limited to:

• Maximum size: 20 × 20 × 40 cm

• Maximum weight: up to 3 kg

Orders exceeding these limits may require special handling or additional charges.

Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

• Up to two delivery attempts will be made at no additional cost.

• After the first failed attempt, the recipient will receive an SMS notification.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice.

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Remote locations

• Weather conditions

• Security or logistical constraints

• High-volume periods (sales, holidays, launches)

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• Please report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please report lost shipments within 7 days from the shipping date.

• Claims submitted outside these timeframes may not be eligible for compensation.

Our liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited in accordance with the courier’s insurance terms.

Packaging Responsibility

We take care to package all orders securely.

However, liability does not apply to damage caused by insufficient or improper packaging during transit.
